Day 331. Frost advisory. I trust my Kindle will keep me warm.

If my Kindle won’t do the trick, the two feline beasts will. They love to pile on top of any warm body whenever possible but especially in winter. Still, I’d much rather be frolicking at the beach with my husband. As far as I’m concerned the short, dark days of winter are for the birds. I’ll fly south, thank you.

I did enjoy a ray of sunshine yesterday by way of a conversation with a delightful woman. She confided that she wants to write. Naturally, I suggested that she just start writing. I actually said “a writer writes” and now I’ve got the goofy scene from Throw Momma from the Train stuck in my head.
